Canning season is upon us! I got this amazing roasted Tomatillo Salsa recipe from a good friend of mine. I Fire Roasted all my veggies on my new Brick BBQ and put this together. Soooo Good! and continually putting up Tomato’s. I also have Beans and Beats to start tomorrow, and I just finished my Zucchini Relish. Also working on my Sweet Chunk Pickles. I will have to get better pictures and post some recipes too!

I love Canning. Something satisfying about preserving the summer bounty.
