It’s been a 10+ Year project! It is finally done. Just waiting for the mortar to cure. Im going to fire it up soon. Cooking some Ribs and 1/2 Chickens.

My inspiration is BBQ Petes open pit BBQ at the Puyallup Fair. They have been cooking their ribs and chicken this way at the fair for years. I can’t wait to try.

Phase 2 will be a Pizza oven! But probably will take 10 more years!
